LetMeSpy got played at its own spy game

Updated: Aug 22, 2023

LetMeSpy, a notorious spyware creator based in Poland, has permanently shut down following a major data breach in June. The breach led to the erasure of server data, including stolen information from countless victim devices. The spyware's Android app no longer works, and new account sign-ups are blocked. LetMeSpy had targeted over 13,000 compromised devices globally, with claims of controlling over 236,000 devices prior to the breach. This shutdown echoes a trend of spyware operations closing after data exposures, similar to SpyTrac and Support King. To summarize, LetMeSpy found itself caught in its own spy trap!
