Not long ago, the company Tines published its study on mental health in cybersecurity in 2022 to update some figures.
Over the past year, companies have become increasingly aware of the importance of the mental health of cyber teams. Despite this, 27% of respondents say their mental health has declined over the past year. Indeed, stress levels are high and continue to rise.
Unfortunately, this study also highlights the fact that the work of cybersecurity teams affects their mental health and that this affects productivity. The focus should therefore be even more on the positive development of the mental health of teams.
