Only Malizen is the recipient of your personal data. This data, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors that Malizen may call upon. Neither Malizen nor any of its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors to its Site and Users of its Services.

Prior to the transfer outside the European Union, and in accordance with the regulations in force, Malizen ensures that the transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area is carried out with appropriate guarantees, in particular contractual via standard contractual, technical and organisational clauses, in conformity with the applicable regulations in terms of personal data protection.

 

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA.

In order to protect the Personal Data that we collect, use or transfer, Malizen, under an obligation of means, uses various technical and organisational security measures, to fight against loss, misuse, falsification or destruction. Malizen's security measures and procedures are improved as new technologies become available. All Malizen employees and any subcontractors are subject to an obligation of confidentiality.
